Hello & happy Valentine’s Day (& happy Indiana Jones trailer day!)
Here’s my favorite gift of the day:

We played live love songs this morning.
The Eagles – “The Best of My Love” from The Millennium Concert.
Eddie Money – “I think I’m in Love” from my personal collection.
Nazareth’s revamped version of the Everly Brothers' “Love Hurts.”
“Heard It in a Love Song” – Marshall Tucker from the California Dreams Tour ‘77.
“Modern Love” – David Bowie from Live Aid.
“Easy Lover” – Phil Collins from Serious Hits… Live.
“The Power of Love” – Huey Lewis & the News from Live at 25.
Ambrosia’s “How Much I Feel.”
"A Song for Julie" by Jessie Collin Young.
Mark wants to run for President of the Saint Louis School Board and make 200 large.
Dave’s Spring Weather Special airs tonight at 9:30 pm on the Fox2.
Simon & Garfunkel are not coming to Pop’s.
Mark & John told about being DJ’s at Plagers’ & Dirty Nellie’s (where the turntables were suspended from the ceilings).
Mark was the first person to use cassettes as a Saint Louis wedding DJ, although John disputes this.
Mark used to work at the General Grant Car Wash, but today the Rain Tunnel Express Car Wash is washing red cars for free, but please give a donation to support MS research.
Four reasons men hate Valentine's Day (from iVillage):
1.) You’re not clear with your expectations.
2.) You don't accept what he comes up with.
3.) You don't do anything for him.
4.) You expect him to change.
Mark’s rules for keeping a man happy: Feed us & eff us (Mark’s rules, but not Mark’s words).
Manuel Uribe, 42, lost over 500 lbs. in Mexico, but he topped at 1,257 pounds.
Mark topped 200 lbs. in 5th grade, and his max was 240 in 2000. Manuel's ultimate goal is to slim down to 265 pounds by 2012.
Robert Pershing Wadlow (February 22, 1918 – July 15, 1940) is the tallest person in medical history. He reached an unprecedented 8 feet 11.09 inches in height and weighed 440 pounds (199 kg) at his death. At the age of 18 he had a size 30 shoe.
From the New York Times: “At 7 feet 7 and 360 pounds & bigger feet than Shaq’s, the University of North Carolina-Asheville center Kenny George either tips it in or dunks it, without leaving his feet, as his opponents leap in vain.”
Ted Drewes came by for some Valentine’s cheer. They opened the Chippewa location yesterday. John wants a location by his house, but Ted’s wife, Dottie, said for the sake of the marriage it shouldn’t happen.
The JoY was “Love Stinks” from The Wedding Singer. The 3fA were love songs from Leon Russell (who played keyboards for Gary Lewis and the Playboys, fronted by Gary Lewis, son of comedian Jerry Lewis), Crosby, Stills & Nash (from the Lotta Love Concert) & the Rolling Stones. The Vault was “I Love You More Than You’ll Ever Know” by Blood, Sweat & Tears.
Finally, the most financially successful on-screen pairing in movie history is Tobey Maguire & Kirsten Dunst from the Spider Man films.
2.) Leonardo DiCaprio & Kate Winslet – Titanic
3.) Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford – the original three Star Wars films
4.) Will Smith & Tommy Lee Jones – the two Men In Black films
5.) Michael J. Fox & Christopher Lloyd – the three Back to the Future films
6.) Mel Gibson & Danny Glover for the four Lethal Weapon movies
7.) Robert DeNiro & Ben Stiller for Meet the Parents & Fockers
8.) Tim Allen & Tom Hanks for the two Toy Story movies (although a 3rd one is in the works)
9.) Jackie Chan & Chris Tucker for the three Rush Hour movies
10.) Paul Hogan and Linda Kozlowski for the three Crocodile Dundees
11.) Tom Hanks & Meg Ryan made $518 million with THREE completely unrelated movies: Joe vs. the Volcano, Sleepless in Seattle & You've Got Mail.
