Tuesday, 12/18 -- Hi to everyone that has been e-mailing lately. We love every one of them, pro & con.

Merry Christmas! It’s a week away now. Here were our Christmas Songs:
“I Wanna Lasso Santa,” (not) Avril Lavigne singing “Decorated,” (not) the Kinks performing “Do You Hear What I Hear?,” Bob River’s “Sled Zeppelin,” and “Santa Bog.” For Our 12 Days of Christmas Robert won the Ultimate Dream Home prize worth over $8.4k by knowing:
  1. Cheese chunks are not one of Newsweek’s most fattening appetizers.
  2. According to the Arizona Republic, 25% of Christmas trees sold last year were fake.

John has 25 strands of lights on his family’s tree.

The McKinley Bridge is not named after the former President. But in reality, it was named for the builder, William B. McKinley, chief executive of the Illinois Traction System interurban electric railway, which accessed Saint Louis via the bridge.

JC’s sister’s husband used to collect dirigible memorabilia – then he got deflated (by his wife).

Speaking of deflating, one of “Triple C’s” friends is getting experimental breast implants. She is very tall & the skin mass is thin around her chest. They will be the consistency of warm Gummi bears.

On a totally unrelated note, JC will be at Hooters in Saint Peters on Wednesday night with Our Little Haven charity. Learn more here.

The horniest city in the US is Denver.

Wow, I’m starting to sense a pattern here. Well, this won’t break it. Here are the photos of the gentleman who got breast implants in his leg so his tattoo would have boobs.

On “Petticoat Junction” the three girls bathing in the town’s water supply were Betty Jo, Bobbie Jo, and Billie Jo. The actresses portraying Billie Jo and Bobbie Jo changed over the years. Billie Jo was played by Jeannine Riley the first two seasons, and then by Gunilla Hutton for one year before Meredith MacRae assumed the role for the show's remaining seasons. Pat Woodell was the original Bobbie Jo for two years, with Lori Saunders playing the part subsequently. Betty Jo was portrayed by Linda Kaye (Henning), daughter of series creator Paul Henning, for the entire run. One could open Sam Drucker’s (played by Frank Cady) safe with “two kicks & a bang.”

Mizzou beat the powerhouse of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and not the North Carolina American Telephone & Telegraph.

Frank Caliendo called us to tell us about the “Frank TV” Christmas special titled “Frankincense & Myrrh.”

See Katie Couric’s report on candidates losing their tempers in her ongoing series, “Primary Questions.” Click here.

We chose names for our Secret Santa. Two of us picked our own names. We sorted it all out and now we have three days to shop for each other.

Here is our holiday Showgram schedule:
Fri. 12/21 - Showgram Christmas Show until 11am with special guests.
Sat. 12/22 – I’ll host the Best of the Showgram (as usual).
Mon. 12/24 – I’m in to play Showgram-esque Christmas music and bits library – so set up a recorder and quit e-mailing and calling about it.
Tue. 12/25 - Music Only – Radio Rich’s Christmas with the Folks.
Wed. 12/26 - I’ll host a Best of the Showgram.
Thu. 12/27 - I’ll host a Best of the Showgram.
Fri. 12/28 - I’ll host a Best of the Showgram.
Sat. 12/29 – I’ll play the “Promo Show.” A summary of all the daily recycler promos we produce each day.
Mon. 12/31 – I’ll replay the Promo Show.
Tue. 1/1 - Music only – We’ll be recovering.
Wed. 1/2 - The Showgram will be back to live shows beginning with our new Pre-Wind beginning at 5:30am.

I wanna wish a Happy Birthday to my brother-in-law Bob. As we learned at my annual Christmas party this year, it takes a special man to marry my sister.

The 9 o’clock hour was JC’s tribute to Dan Fogelberg featuring clips from Graham Nash & Joe Walsh from last night’s “Larry King Live” and these songs:

“There's A Place In The World For A Gambler”
“Longer”
“Illinois”
“Wysteria”
“Raven”
“Leader of the Band”
“Part of the Plan” live from the Lotta Love tribute concert.
“Same Old Lang Syne”

Finally, Wham’s t-shirts in “Wake Me Up before You Go-Go” read “Choose Life!”
