Hi, wanna buy a parrot? That’s where Laurie was today. She was off buying a parrot (or was it a ferret?).

Stanley Jordan is coming to Finale Music + Dining this week (Oct. 18 & 19th). We aren’t having him on the air. He was the guy that Bruce Willis & Kim Basinger go see in Blind Date.
The Cardinals 2008 baseball schedule has not been released yet, but the Cubs have released their tentative schedule. The 2008 Cards-Cubs dates follow:

Some baseball nerds have put together a piecemeal 2008 Cardinals schedule. Here are some highlights:
Opening Day is March 31 v. Colorado.
Home inter-league games v. Kansas City – dates tbd and Tampa Bay (the Devil Rays' first visit to Saint Louis) May 16th-18th.
Road inter-league at Boston – June 20th-22nd at Detroit – June 24th-26th and at Kansas City– June 27th-29th.
Lengthy road trips in August (three at Chicago, four at Florida, three at Cincinnati) and September (three at Pittsburgh, three at Cincinnati, three at Chicago).
And instead of giving away our front row John Mellencamp tickets (November 15th at Scottrade Center) in a creative way, we talked about our pasta re-heating techniques.
Miss Sheri’s used to have 3 locations: Saint Louis Hills on Chippewa, Concord & Manchester. Now they have 2 locations in South County (in Southfield Plaza) & Kirkwood in the Warson Woods Center). Most of my closest friends and I worked at the Chippewa location from 1985 until 1990.

According to researchers in Sydney, Australia, a great way for men to become more fertile is to get-it-on as MUCH. AS. POSSIBLE. They found that the longer spermatozoa hangs around in one’s body, the more a chance they have to be damaged. So … by having daily relations, it keeps giving you a fresh supply and a supply with higher quality.
According to a new Gallup poll, where 1,000 U.S. adults were asked when they're at their best on a typical day, the answers were:
* Morning (5 a.m. to 11:59 a.m.): 55%
* Afternoon (noon to 4:59 p.m.): 15%
* Evening ( 5 p.m. to 10:59 p.m.): 20%
* Late night (11 p.m. to 4:59 a.m.): 6%

Félix José was born on May 2, 1965 (age 42) – maybe. He’s from the Dominican Republic, ya know. He played for the following teams:
* Oakland Athletics (1988-1990)
* St. Louis Cardinals (1990-1992)
* Kansas City Royals (1993-1995)
Then he blew out his arm by showing off in the on-deck circle by “jerking the donut.”
* New York Yankees (2000)
* Arizona Diamondbacks (2002-2003)
And then he went to South Korea and played last year in Mexico.
A new study shows cursing at work (among co-workers - not around clients, religious or older folk) creates solidarity and team building. So, “eat my $#!+.”
