Hi to you, the listener, & yours. Enjoy the weekend. The Showgram is off Monday so we might be Blarrrg-less in the meantime, so this has to last you the weekend.
Jay Nixon is helping you get your “Hannah Montana” tickets. (So, quit calling me!) The agreement between Ticketmaster and Nixon means about 1,000 tickets for the Oct. 18 concert at Scottrade Center will go on sale at face value to the public at 10am on Saturday, Oct. 13. Consumers will be able to purchase a maximum of two tickets each through Ticketmaster's Web site or telephone service.
JC is getting married in 24 days & John got two days off because of JC’s trip to Chicago, so both of them are happy.
Although JC won’t be happy if the Cubs lose over the weekend. He also might be crabby since he has to come back for Ultimate Tailgating instead of seeing a Cubs miraculous comeback. {cough, hahahahahaha cough}
But I did speak to Mr. Corcoran this week and he wanted me to remind y’all where everyone first heard about Walt Jocketty being fired and from whom. If your mind had blocked it out, it was from JC in June. So the great huncher is ready to predict again and he says Tony LaRussa will be next and it will be as soon as the end of next week. Who is JC’s pick for the new head coach of your Saint Louis Cardinals? Joe Girardi. And you read it here first.
