Media mogul Oprah Winfrey will end her top-rated TV talk show at the end of its 25th season, in September 2011. The talk show host will announce her decision publicly during The Oprah Winfrey Show broadcast today (Friday, November 20th).
The coming announcement was hyped on ABC-TV websites by Harpo Inc.'s president Thursday.
GossipCop.com also reports that a letter was sent to Winfrey's staff on Thursday (November 19th), informing them "the sun will set" on the highly successful program on September 9, 2011.

Opening today (November 20th) is the highly anticipated second installment of Stephanie Meyer's Twilight Saga, New Moon, starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Rachelle Lefevre and Dakota Fanning. New Moon follows Bella Swan, played by Stewart, who gets deeper into the mysteries of the supernatural world she wants to be a part of only to find herself in greater danger than ever. New Moon was directed Chris Weitz.
New Moon is rated PG-13 and running time of 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Opening today (November 20th) is the new animated film Planet 51, with Dwayne Johnson, Jessica Biel, Sean William Scott, Gary Oldman and John Cleese lending their voices. Planet 51 is a follows astronaut Captain Chuck Baker who lands on Planet 51 thinking he's the first person to step foot on it until he finds that the planet is inhabited by little green people who are happily living in communities resembling the white picket fence world of 1950s America. Opening today (November 20th) is the new sports drama The Blind Side starring Sandra Bullock, Kathy Bates, Tim McGraw and Quinton Aaron. The Blind Side tells true story of Michael Oher, a homeless black teenager, played by Aaron, who has been in and out of the system for years until Leigh Anne Tuohy, played by Bullock, and her husband Sean, played by McGraw, take him in, giving Michael a new chance at life allowing him to realize his potential as a student and football player. The Blind Side was directed by John Lee Hancock.

Kristen Stewart may have some new romance rumors to deal with -- this time concerning a different New Moon co-star, Dakota Fanning. 15-year-old Fanning admitted that she and Stewart lock lips in a scene for their second film collaboration, The Runaways.
When asked about the kiss, Fanning told Access Hollywood, "Yes, it happens in The Runaways. We were so into the scene and into the script and the characters."

Drew Barrymore and Justin Long have reportedly hit a speed bump in their rekindled relationship. Star magazine reports that Barrymore has kicked her beau out of her Hollywood Hills home because Long couldn't change his bachelor ways.
A source told the magazine, "Drew really had it with being Justin's babysitter at home. And it's not just that he made a mess, it's his attitude. He gets mopey and is a big-time couch potato. She isn't thrilled about seeing this side of him."

Unlike the legions of celebrities who publically maintain that they are "best friends" with an ex after a break-up, Kirsten Dunst admits that she and Jake Gyllenhaal are not close. When asked about the actor, who she split from in 2004 after two years together, Dunst told Allure magazine, "It would be nice to see him. But we're not good friends."
The couple previously shared a home in Los Angeles and a dog named Atticus, who now resides with Gyllenhaal. The actor has been dating Reese Witherspoon since 2007.

Shooting down rumors hasn't stopped the public from gossiping about him, so Rob Pattinson has given up on the denials. In an interview with Matt Lauer on Thursday (November 19th), the New Moon star confirmed that everything said about him in the press is true.

The charges against Black Eyed Peas manager Liborio Molina for allegedly assaulting blogger Perez Hilton have been dropped. The Canadian Press Association reports that as part of the agreement that ended the case, Molina issued an apology to Hilton and cannot to contact the blogger except through his lawyer, carry a weapon for 12 months, come within 100 meters of the nightclub where the incident took place, and must donate $500 to Toronto's Red Door Family Shelter.
Hilton alleged that Molina punched him in June after the openly gay celebrity gossip blogger used a homophobic slur against Will.I.Am.
