30 Rock scored a 0.0 rating for its debut on German television. The Hollywood Reporter announced the grim rating for Sunday's (November 1st) premiere, which indicated that fewer than 5,000 people watched Tina Fey's Emmy-winning comedy.

ZDFNeo -- described as a digital niche channel -- had made 30 Rock its flagship entry in a relaunch, which promised more cutting-edge programing for a younger demographic. They apparently made the wrong choice.

Although 30 Rock is not a ratings hit in America, it's currently averaging about six million viewers and remains a critical favorite.
